We take great pride in the craft of distilling and are proud of the unique products we create. We distill our spirits by hand in small batches using traditional artisan distilling techniques - equal parts art and science.

We offer rare limited edition Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. Each is a single cask offering that has been bottled at cask strength without the addition of water, other whisky, artificial colouring or the use of chill-filtering.

Our Pure Malt Whisky selections are all limited edition offerings. We only acquire one or two casks of Single Malt Scotch Whisky, to which we add a minute amount of Single Malt Canadian Whisky. Each offering is uniquely different from the others. Only a few hundred bottles exist of each release.

As Canada's first and only independent bottler of whisky, we are able to search the world for unique whiskies, selecting from an enormous variety that are available. When we find a whisky that meets our high standards of quality, we import it by the cask and bottle it. We can obtain casks from different distilleries, matured in different ways, and also of different ages.

We offer products that are single cask offerings, hand-crafted in small limited edition batches. The end result is a unique one-of-a-kind taste experience.
