Still Waters Distillery, located in the Greater Toronto Area, is the first micro-distillery in Ontario. We take great pride in the craft of distilling and are proud of the unique products we create. We distill our spirits by hand in small batches using traditional artisan distilling techniques - equal parts art and science.

Single Malt Vodka

This outstanding vodka is produced from 100% Canadian two-row malted barley. Made in our pot still by hand, each batch is triple distilled to produce a clean spirit with subtle and unique flavours. We like to sip it straight, but it is also great on ice or as the foundation for superb cocktails where it enhances the sweet and the savoury.

Thousands of years of distilling history has resulted in a good scientific understanding of the chemistry involved in producing alcoholic beverages. But there is still a lot of unquantifiable art involved in making the highest quality spirits. We combine the science of distilling with the craft of artisan distilling to produce unique vodkas and whiskies for those who appreciate life's finer indulgences.
